NORCOR Adult Release Timing
NORCOR accepts security around the clock from an eligible adult through the arraigning court, its lobby Telmate kiosk, Telmate telephone service, or funds available to the confined adult in booking. The facility states that it releases an adult as soon as possible after posting. Operational needs still govern the sequence.
